I offer a relational space for adults to explore patterns and support their well-being, while maintaining MindGarden’s primary clinical focus on serving children and families.
MindGarden primarily supports children and families through Child-Centered Play Therapy, with support for teens and adults when clinically appropriate.

Child-Centered Play Therapy
Child-Centered Play Therapy is $145/session. In-Home Play Therapy is $185/session with $1/mile beyond 20 miles. Telehealth Therapy is $145/session.
Telehealth Therapy
Individual Telehealth Therapy for adolescents navigating anxiety, mood changes, identity development, and family transitions, provided at $145 per session.
Adult Therapy
Individual therapy for adults wishing to process difficult experiences and support their emotional health. MindGarden offers these sessions at $145 via Telehealth.
Parent Consultation & Family Support
I help parents understand big emotions and support their child’s development. MindGarden offers private-pay services, and some may be available through insurance using Headway.
